Javier Cháves Bolaños
Javier holds a master’s degree in political science, a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and finances and a law degree and is an authorized broker. Currently he is president of Grupo Aldesa and was general manager of Aldesa Society of Investment Funds and manager of marketing and development of new products with Aldesa Brokerage House.
Between 2002 and 2004, he was minister of Public Works and Transportation of the government of Costa Rica and he has participated in different boards of directors, such as the Costa Rican Oil Refinery (RECOPE) and El Financiero newspaper of Costa Rica.
He is a lawyer and notary with a master’s in business administration and another in political science from Ohio State University.
